Do you travel to the client on the day of the wedding? If yes, is
there a fee?
We always travel to the client for the trial run and on the day of her wedding. It is possible there will be a travel fee depending on the location of the wedding however we our very best to keep this fee reasonable. We try to always park in free parking spaces but sometimes there is no other option other than to pay for parking. If there is a fee for parking that will also be charged to the bride.

Do you charge for trial runs?
Yes, we charge the same amount for the trail run as we do for the wedding day. Trial runs usually run 2-3 hours.

How many clients can you serve at one time, if a bride were to book her entire bridal party?
Our team can accomodate large parties of all sizes.

How far in advance should wedding clients make reservations?
In most cases brides book months in advance however, sometimes we do have space available on short notice. It never hurts to ask!

What is your cancellation policy?
We request 30 days notice for all cancellations. If this cannot be done the 20% deposit given at the time of contract will be lost by the client unless other arrangements have been made.

What is the difference between demi-lashes/"Honeymoon Lashes"
and strip lashes?
Strip lashes are temporary lashes that will last the day of the event, but demi-lashes/"Honeymoon Lashes" are attached to your natural lashes and will last forweeks depending on your carefull maintenance. Because they look so natural most people cannot tell you have lash extensions on but they think you simply have beautiful, long, full lashes.
